Campaigns, matching, and sequences require their respective CRM and communication features to be enabled.

Prepare a campaign

Select the intended audience or segment. Review included contacts, consent, sender, and message. Check the scheduled sending time before approving it.

A campaign is a scheduled send to an audience. A sequence describes multiple steps for enrolled contacts. For sequences, check waiting periods and the current enrollment state before enrolling a contact again.

Find suitable buyers

Optional property matching uses a customer’s recorded search criteria. Keep these current and review suggested units. Notifying matched buyers uses the enabled campaign features.

Tax-based matching additionally requires the corresponding personal inputs. Check their completeness before comparing results.

Check delivery

Review results and errors in the available overviews. Unsubscribes and missing consent can prevent messages from being sent to contacts. Selecting an audience therefore does not guarantee that every included contact receives a message.
